We deliver across Germany. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

• Damaged or incorrect items: We will replace or refund at no extra cost to you.
• Perishable items: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.
• Change of mind: Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on perishable grocery items.
